To be comtemplative is hard sometimes
to feel what others feel
although I haven't had the same experiences
I can feel your pain
I can see the heart in the middle of the mess
so very clearly
continue to follow it
even when the road is black
light will always get through
the black will turn to white
when you give up the struggle
and feel the peace
