Power of a Smile

 A smile goes a long way. It is a gift. I never take smiles for granted. Sometimes, a smile can change someone's day. Try it tomorrow....if you see a person who looks sad or frustrated or lonely, give them a big smile. Most of the time, they will give a big smile back.

Once there was a dream

start to grow and someone

would step on it with negative

words over and over, until it

quit looking for new springs.

Then ONE person took the time

to look inside the heart and with kind words

Kindness

Have you ever driven through a drive thru resturant to look inside the window, see the stress, and be glad you didn't work there? I have many times. Now, I try to make eye contact with the stressed person in the window and give them a big SMILE. It is amazing to watch their expression change and for a moment, they give a nice smile back. That is the power of kindness. It is contagious.

Everyone needs to be lifted up. Everyone needs to feel important. Lets take the time to give people a HUGE SMILE today!!! They will return it and maybe for a second their day will get better, I know mine will!

Thanks everyone for all the kind emails and phone calls!!! I am so thankful for every single message because it is my goal to help other people!!

I will be posting my story sometime today on Jo's site, http://www.jofrost.com/

I have to find someone to watch Cara so I can type it out. It will be a little later. :) She is great while I am on the computer but I get distracted when writing.

So, all I can say is "yes, my kids are still in their own beds"!!! YAY!!!

Oh, and a special thanks to the nice family who want to donate enough paint to us to paint the entire upstairs!!!! That is so incredibly amazing!!!
