God's Lessons Through Nature

I sit and look at the Bradford Pear trees in the car line. I don't particularly like them, I am allergic to the blooms. I do look at them as a lesson. The one tree, that is usually closest to my car, looks like a lot of people going different ways, yet all together they hold the tree up. Can you see it in the picture? It is yet another reminder for me for everyone to use their gifts to help something to grow.

Kinda like the Refuge!

This Quote is So True

Have compassion for everyone you meet, even if they don't want it. What appears bad manners, an ill temper or cynicism is always a sign of things no ears have heard, no eyes have seen. You do not know what wars are going on down there where the spirit meets the bone. --Miller Williams

True Colors sung by Cyndi Lauper

I love the words to this song. I listen to them when I am sad. Something about the words makes me feel better.

"you with the sad eyes

don't be discouraged

Oh I realize

it is hard to take courage

in a world full of people

you can lose sight of it all

and the darkness inside

you makes you feel so small

but I see your true colors

shining through"

Fall

There is nothing like the trees in the fall.....something so peaceful about them.
