Emma's Appendectomy

Hi Bloggy Friends,

On Thursday sweet Emma had severe pain in her lower abdomen. It hurt around her belly button and down. We took her to the walk in clinic and they told me to take her to the ER. Her appendix had ruptured and she had emergency surgery to remove it Thursday night.

She got to come home today. I am busy taking care of her but I wanted to update my blog friends.

Pls pray for her comfort and for her feelings, she is sad she can't go outside and play with her friends.

Thank you God for protecting my baby!!!

Grateful Glasses and Emma's Glasses

Emma got her glasses today! She said "oh, I can read the names of stores now" and she started telling me all the names as we passed the stores.
It is like gratefulness. Sometimes it is hard to be grateful until we look through grateful eyes and then we can see!!!
I am going to try to wear my grateful glasses from now on....
